Hyrox is THE ultimate fitness challenge combining functional strength, endurance, grit & determination all in one epic event. It’s a competition designed for everyone, so whether you’re a seasoned athlete or you’re just starting your fitness journey now is the time to get involved. 

It’s you VS the clock as you tackle eight different workout stations amongst eight kilometres of running.
