HG FIT is a Functional Fitness gym based in Kempston, Bedford. Established in 2015, and previously known as The Hot Gates CrossFit, we are a well-established, independent gym with years worth of experience. Our central location makes us the perfect gym for those based in Kempston, Bromham, Ampthill Bedford, Milton Keynes and Luton.

We offer a free trial of 3 sessions, that you can use on any of the classes. If you love it, we recommend you then purchasing the 'On Ramp' membership. This is an introductory memebership where you will receive 4 1-on-1 training sessions with one of our coaches, as well as 4 free sessions to use on any of the classes or open gym.

Our most popular membership is the Unlimited membership where you can access an unlimited amount of classes as well as open gym use. We also offer Student, Military, NHS and services discount that can be used on all of our memberships excluding drop ins.
