HGFIT BATTLE ROYALE

Event Info​

Get ready to test strength, skill, endurance, and grit at the HGFIT Battle Royale — a competition built for every ability level, not just elite athletes.

This event is open to everyone, not just HGFIT members, and is designed to be challenging, fair, and seriously fun.

Event Details
   •    Start time: 9:30am (strict – limited start window)
   •    Open to: Members & non-members
   •    Format: Pairs (mixed or same sex)
   •    All athletes will complete the workouts in the same order to ensure fairness across the field.

Competition Format

The Battle Royale is made up of 4 main sections:
   •    Strength
   •    Skill
   •    Endurance
   •    Metcon

Each workout:
   •    10 minutes to work
   •    10 minutes rest between workouts

There will be two teams working at each station, rotating through the workouts together.

WOD 1

Strength

10 minutes
Each pair will find a heavy complex:
   •    1 Clean
   •    1 Hang Clean

Score: Heaviest successful complex.

WOD 2

Skill

10-minute AMRAP
   •    10 Synchro Toes-to-Bar
or Hanging Knee Raises
   •    40 Double Unders
or Singles
   •    10 Wall Walks
or Half Wall Walks

WOD 3

Endurance

10-minute time cap

Waterfall – “ACID BATH”
   •    500m Ski
   •    500m Row
   •    1000m C2 Bike

Metcon

   •    42.5kg / 30kg
   •    30kg / 20kg
   •    Pull-Ups
