HG/FIT offers a wide range of membership options and we are confident there is an option to suit every one of our member's lifestyles. Please select one of the options below, which will take you through to more information and a payment page.
This is an unlimited amount of coached classes throughout the calendar month. Alongside functional fitness, it also includes Barbell classes, Gymnastics, Conditioning and the use of the open gym.
This is £85 a month and best for athletes who want to train regularly.
This option is for athletes who desire a little more flexibility. The punch card allows you to attend 10 sessions and costs £85 with a 3-month expiration.
Unless stated otherwise a punch card will auto-renew upon the 10th session.
This is for the athletes who are dropping by, visiting the area, or can't commit to a membership. Drop-in for £10 a session but make sure you book onto a class before to dropping in.

To cancel please email us with at least 30 days' notice. Please ensure you email HG/FIT for written confirmation. Without this, your membership may not be cancelled. Please remember partial months are not permitted. If a member cancels on or after the 2nd of any month, then full payment will still be due the following month on the 1st.
Membership freeze policy
Should you need to put a membership on freeze for medical reasons, military reasons, or temporary job transfer, please let us know 30 days before the date you need it paused. We do not have a membership freeze policy for any other reason.
This is for HG members who want to take their training to the next level. For just £5 extra a month, you will have access to 7 well rounded daily WOD's covering warm-ups, a strength section, and a METCON.
